Already early on, LOXX recognised that a positive development of our logistics company over a long period of time was only possible with environmentally conscious thinking and actions. Therefore, the principle of our environmental policy is to apply natural resources in a gentle procedure and to reduce or even entirely avoid influences that may endanger the environment.
We see it as our job as a freight forwarding company to offer and carry out customised freight forwarding and logistics services that are optimally suited for our customers.
The basic principle of our quality policy is to achieve the highest degree of customer satisfaction. We put this basic principle into practice by constantly improving the quality of our services. Furthermore, we define the quality of our services by means of transparent and verifiable criteria which we derive our quality objectives from.
In order to meet our quality objectives, we constantly plan, control and supervise all quality and security-related tasks, from management through to purchasing, sales, the specialist departments, warehousing and the freight carriers. We monitor the implementation of the quality goals on a regular basis by means of the quantifiable criteria they are based on.
All of our employees have a share in realising our quality objectives with their qualifications, their personal performance, commitment and their entrepreneurial thinking. Our teams make a constructive contribution to avoiding mistakes, identifying possible sources of error and to permanently eliminating them. Our quality management system is constantly improved by the feedback of our employees.
We define the quality of our freight forwarding services in an integrated quality and environmental management system. All of our freight forwarding services have been certified according to DIN ISO 9001 by the DQS since 1994.
We see environmentally conscious thinking and acting as a natural obligation towards our fellow human beings. Furthermore, we place great importance on positively developing our group of companies in a sustainable way. Our environmental policy is based on the economical and considerate exploitation of natural resources and on avoiding, and where this is impossible, on reducing damaging effects on the environment.
What is more, we contribute to solving regional environmental problems to the best of our ability. In order to put our environmental guidelines into effect, we adhere to the applicable laws and set clear and verifiable environmental goals based on or exceeding this legislation. With respect to our environmental policy we conduct an open and constructive dialog with our customers, business partners and those who are interested in our services.
We train our employees in environmentally relevant objectives, measures and results on a regular basis and take their suggestions for achieving these environmental goals and for improving our environmental policy into consideration. In this way our environmental management system is constantly improved by the overall input. Because all of our employees contribute to realising our environmental goals within the framework of their responsibilities and with their personal commitment. The implementation of our environmental objectives is regularly reviewed by means of clearly measurable environmentally relevant data, and we discuss and evaluate the appropriateness of our environmental policy on an annual basis.
