Forwarding and Logistics Services Manager (f/m/d)

Our trainees answer questions abput training at LOXX and give an insight into their everyday training.

With us, you will enter orders from international customers and sometimes you will be "on the road" all over the world in one working day: you will prepare offers for our customers and plan the right route so that the goods arrive in Barcelona on time. You track shipments and inform your colleague that the cargo has reached Helsinki safely. In the warehouse you check whether a shipment from Morocco has been properly turned over - that means it has been loaded from one truck to the next. In contract logistics, you also coordinate the storage of goods. Back in the office, you inform your customer in England about his shipments and answer any questions he may have.

By the end of your apprenticeship, you will have got to know various departments - from dispatching and customer service to the air and sea freight department - you will work independently in our team and take on responsibility.
